Corporate Senior Agribusiness Manager (SAM) We’re leveraging our size to do positive things for customers. You’ll join a high-performing business, backing talented individuals. We have an amazing opportunity to join the team at NAB and we are looking for someone wanting to turbocharge their career and take the next step as a Senior Agribusiness Manager, Corporate Agribusiness in the Melbourne R&A team. This is a diverse portfolio with both pre and post farm gate clients, across a range of sub sectors including broadacre dryland & irrigated cropping, sheep & cattle production, feedlot operations, poultry, protected cropping, large domestic & international wool and grain exporters with accumulation and logistics. Consisting mostly of privately owned groups, allowing access and strong relationships to be built with owners/key decision makers. In this Corporate Senior Agribusiness Manager role, you will: Be responsible for pro-active management of top tier Corporate Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated corporate solutions, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management. Take on a portfolio and continue to grow a diverse makeup of premium businesses that will provide a unique opportunity to manage complex enterprises and professional relationships. Use your business development and relationship management skills, to provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers. Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising your strong commercial acumen, and driving innovation and continuous improvement. What you will bring: You have previous experience with corporate and/or institutional lending, deal structuring and most importantly, credit assessment of large complex transactions. You are experienced in writing complex credit submissions & complete assessment. Exceptional financial acumen and relationship management skills. Demonstrated track record in sales and growth and passionate about business development. Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services.
