Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia • Full-time Description Permanent full-time employment (8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday). SCHADS Award Level 3 ($74,500 - $79,900 per annum), plus super. NFP salary packing available. Located in Brisbane City, QLD. DVConnect is seeking a highly motivated administration professional to join our Corporate Services team! The purpose of the role The Corporate Services Admin position is the backbone of all administrative tasks that seamlessly support the efficiency of the Corporate Services Team. This role will have you deeply immersed in a variety of time-sensitive responsibilities and tasks assisting the HR (People, Engagement & Wellbeing), Businesses Services and Client Services departments - no two days will be the same! What to expect in your new role Upon commencement, you will primarily focus on supporting the HR (People, Engagement & Wellbeing) department with activities such as: RECRUITMENT - drafting job ads, assisting with initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks and compliance, creating new employee profiles, drafting contracts and other relevant documentation. ONBOARDING - preparing meeting rooms and induction packs for new employee inductions, assigning HR compliance modules, submitting onboarding checklists and assisting the People, Engagement & Wellbeing Officer with ad-hoc tasks. GENERAL HR ADMINISTRATION - generating and uploading documentation in Employment Hero (HRIS system), filing HR correspondences, monitoring recruitment inbox, accurate data entry, responding to recruitment queries, etc. Later down the track, you will transition your focus to supporting the broader Corporate Services and Client Services team with activities such as, but not limited to: Business administration support : answering inbound calls, handling mail, maintaining kitchen and office cleanliness, coordinating travel and accommodation for staff, internal event support, monitoring corporate services email inboxes, organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas. Clinical administration support : client file updates and/or closures, back-up client brokerage assistance, maintaining the accuracy of critical process registers, where required prepare support letters and filing confidential client-related correspondences, etc. In summary, if you are an administration professional searching for a fulfilling, long-term role that could open new career opportunities - this is the role for you! Required experience for the role Minimum 2 years' experience in human resources (recruitment & onboarding) and/or general business administration. Data entry & file management: attention to detail, maintaining accurate records, updating platforms/systems and filing electronic and physical documents. Confident navigation of IT and phone systems (HRIS, web-based platforms, Microsoft Office suite, handling inbound and outbound calls). Document preparation: experience in drafting HR, client and/or business-related documentation in a timely manner. Interpersonal skills: innovative thinking, effective problem-solving, exceptional time management and ability to independently manage competing priorities. Confidentiality: managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Teamwork: ability to build strong rapport with team members and willingly contribute comprehensive support to various departments, especially during peak periods of high demand. General administration: monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining kitchen and office tidiness, catering and event planning assistance, handling inbound and outbound mail, etc. Additional requirements Right to work in Australia with no restrictions. Valid Driver's License. Valid (P) BlueCard or willingness to obtain. Willingness to complete a national police check facilitated by DVConnect. Committed to work on-site (Brisbane City, QLD). This role is not eligible for hybrid or remote working arrangements. Desirable experience but not mandatory Recruitment support: drafting job advertisements, scheduling phone calls and interviews, conducting reference and compliance checks, completing onboarding checklists. SCHADS Award knowledge and understanding or willingness to acquire. Experience working for a not-for-profit or non-government organisation.
