Your Opportunity: As the Corporate Services Officer within our customer focused regional operations team, you will work directly with our infrastructure advisors, schools, and regional staff members by providing administrative services across human resource, financial, facilities, asset, and information management functions. About the Role: You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: Undertake work across a broad range of corporate services activities and specific corporate services functions. Assist and advise colleagues and managers on human resource, financial, facilities/asset, and information management issues. Assist with the implementation of initiatives and systemic priorities as they relate to corporate services within the Infrastructure Services Division. Monitor corporate service activities to ascertain needs and compliance with legislation and departmental policies. Maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of corporate services. Assist in the preparation of reports, submissions, briefing material, and correspondence on relevant issues. Encourage flexibility, responsiveness, and continuous improvement in corporate services administrative activities. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and consumable stock supplies. Other responsibilities (as required): Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate. About You: Ideally, you will possess sound financial and administrative skills, strive for excellence in customer service, be responsible for your contributions to the team, and possess high attention to detail along with good written and verbal communication skills.
