TCS is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Corporate Social Responsibility Head (CSR) to champion our CSR efforts across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing ANZ’s CSR strategy. You will plan and implement innovative, high-impact programs that align with TCS’s core values, while continuously seeking new and creative ways to amplify our CSR efforts. Working closely with diverse teams across Australia, New Zealand, and globally, you’ll drive engagement and participation in these initiatives, ensuring employees and clients are inspired to take part in meaningful and impactful activities that make a real difference. Building strong partnerships with external organizations will be key as you collaborate to scale up TCS’ social initiatives. Key Responsibilities: CSR Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop ANZ CSR strategy to ensure the alignment of CSR initiatives with TCS’ business goals and values as well as local government requirements. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, academic institutions, not-for-profit groups, and community organizations. Innovation, Program Management and Delivery: Drive innovation in the adaptation and delivery of initiatives, incorporating best practices and trends in CSR in ANZ. Communication & Representation: Communicate the organization’s CSR strategy and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Impact Monitoring: Prepare and present reports that measure the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure CSR function complies with relevant laws and regulations and mitigate any potential risks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Business, Public Relations, Education or a related field. 8 - 10 years of experience in CSR or sustainability roles, preferably in a global organization. Knowledge of CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Skills: Strategic thinking Ability to innovate and lead change Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the social impact of CSR initiatives. Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling. The person must be adaptive and flexible with the ability to travel for work as required.
