The firm This leading mid-tier firm has really disturbed the market by offering unparalleled work-life balance in a collaborative environment, truly competing with the Big 4 by offering local and global top tier clients with tax advisory and compliance services.Due to business growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Manager into their practice with the longer-term view of offering this person the tools for promotion to Partner.In this role you will Have overall responsibility for managing tax compliance and advisory for a portfolio of clients; Manage relationships with a portfolio of top-tier clients; Identify new business opportunities, developing proposals and pitching to potential clients; Provide leadership and mentorship to team members. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Law; CA, CPA or CTA qualified; Strong technical skills in Corporate Tax compliance and advisory; Good commercial acumen and ability proactively cross-sell services; Experience at Manager or Senior Manager level in a Public Practice accounting firm.
