Collaborate as a team to deliver the best customer experience Be a critical part of driving Branch success Polyaire Pty Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters are in SA, with 27 branches across Australia. Our Hervey Bay branch is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Counter Sales/Storesperson Team Member. This position ideally would suit a self-motivated, “hands on" individual who enjoys variety in their day, building relationships and working as a key member of the team Your daily activities will involve: Counter sales, servicing our valued customers and trade clients. Receiving phone enquiries and orders. Processing customer sales orders and credit returns. Coordination of daily deliveries. Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are supplied correctly and dispatched on time. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following: The ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers. Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Can do attitude to get the job done right the first time. Good verbal and written communications skills. Basic experience with Word, Excel and Outlook. Essential that you have a current and uninhibitedC Class Driver’s Licence Forklift license desirable.
