About the Role Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Course Consultant Assistant to join our Brisbane office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, contributing to marketing initiatives, student engagement, and business partnerships while ensuring seamless administrative support. As a Course Consultant Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating student services, supporting tutoring operations, and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with tutors to arrange tutoring sessions and ensure smooth scheduling. Monitor student progress, track tutoring outcomes, and manage customer expectations. Maintain close communication with students, helping them navigate course selection, academic performance, and university admission goals. Collect and organise subject-specific teaching materials, assignments, and study resources based on student needs and academic trends. Engage with parents regularly, providing updates on students’ academic progress and study plans. Manage tutor recruitment, from posting job advertisements to coordinating interviews and the hiring process. Support and execute marketing campaigns to promote tutoring services. Gather and analyse student and parent feedback to improve service quality and promotional efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and promotional platforms. Develop periodic reports on student progress and tutoring outcomes to support business development strategies. Administrative & Operational Support Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning. Manage incoming calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Handle physical and electronic correspondence and ensure accurate data entry and database management. Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and asset management. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about education and student success. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Previous experience in education consulting, customer service, marketing, or business development (preferred). Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese . Strong organisational and time-management skills with great attention to detail. A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and familiarity with marketing design tools (preferred). Eligible work rights : Valid Australian work visa (e.g. 485, PR, Citizen, etc.).
