Supportive school environment you'll be part of a dedicated team. The Role of a Cover Supervisor: Supervising students as they work through lessons prepared by the teacher. Managing student behaviour and ensuring a productive learning environment. Addressing any immediate issues that arise during the lesson. Collecting completed work and passing it to the teacher. What We re Looking For: A degree-level qualification or recent secondary school support experience. Experience working with groups of students (large or small).
