We have an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced Crane Operators and Riggers to join our Port Hedland operations. We currently have full time roles available with mobilisation commencing immediately. Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities may include: Safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes of up to and including 300T; Rigging and dogging activities; Liaising closely with the Supervisors and Operations Manager regarding day-to-day deployment; Working with a clear focus on safety and the customer; The ideal candidate must have: Relevant High Risk Work Licence (RI/CO) Experience with Groves, Tadanos, Liebherrs, Demags – (25T to 300T). HR license minimum for Operators (HC/MC desirable). HC license minimum for Riggers (MC desirable). Current Working at Heights ticket. Willing to undergo full PEM. Inducted to at least 2 of the major Miners (BHP, FMG, RIO, ROY HILL, NEWMONT) Mining / Shutdown experience. Benefits of working at Boom: Generous Enterprise Agreement remuneration & conditions.
