YOUR ROLE As our Creative Marketing Manager , you will: Translate client needs and interpret their vision into a unique brand, website or campaign to achieve goals and objectives. Develop and create brand strategies that define positioning, messaging, and identity frameworks to create brands that stand out. Lead creative brand direction and outcomes. Shape content strategies that engage and convert. Execute brand-led multi-channel marketing across paid, organic, and social. Lead a team of account managers, designers, devs and copywriters, to create high-impact outcomes. Cheerlead and shape creative operations and team engagement across the agency. Ensure quality assurance processes across projects before client submission to maintain high-quality standards. Become one of the faces of MYB, representing our agency with confidence, passion, and expertise. Educate and inspire clients through social channels and workshops, helping them understand branding, strategy, and digital marketing. Present brand strategy sessions and marketing insights to guide clients in making informed decisions. WHO YOU ARE You are a creative leader, a strategic thinker, and a brand storyteller . You understand brand and marketing strategy inside and out —from positioning to visual storytelling to crafting engaging content. You have: 7+ years agency experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or marketing. Proven experience developing teams that deliver successful brands and creative content. A keen eye for design & creative execution—you bring brands to life. Strong content strategy & copywriting skills—you craft compelling, conversion-driven messaging. Experience managing multi-channel brand campaigns across web, print, social, and paid media. Data-driven mindset—you track performance, refine strategies, and focus on impact. Highly detail-oriented & passionate about quality—you elevate every brand you touch. A desire to be a brand leader, with a knack for explaining complex strategies and guiding teams and clients to where they need to be. A desire to progress into and own the Creative Marketing Director role within the next 2 years. MUST HAVE: Creative agency experience, knowledge of Adobe Suite and AI tools. A deep understanding in consumer behaviour and team building is highly advantageous. WHO WE ARE?
