The Role As our Creative Services Manager , you’ll be the glue that holds our creative projects together. You’ll work closely with designers, content creators, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What You’ll Be Doing Managing creative projects from concept to completion Coordinating timelines, resources, and team workflows Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams Ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and strategic goals Problem-solving roadblocks and keeping projects on track Optimising processes to improve efficiency and team collaboration Leading the development of the creative team What We’re Looking For Experience in creative project management within an agency or marketing environment Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping a cool head Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence Experience with project management tools and CRM, Monday.com is a plus!
