Social: Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team’s achievements About The Role The Credit Admin Support Officer is accountable for the processing of credits across Australia and New Zealand. This includes the completion of the agreement renewals process right through to final settlement of credits against the respective customer accounts. This role is responsible for a material portion of the company’s financial performance and acts as an SME to the business. Situated at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill with onsite parking, we are offering a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities: Ensure credits are maintained accurately and paid promptly to customers in line with the company’s contractual obligations. Ensure a robust and effective system of controls is in place and operating to manage risk and minimise exposure to the company as it relates to credits. Resolve issues and queries arising from key stakeholders (internal and external) with regards to credits in a timely manner. Demonstrate clear and concise communication including reporting between internal and external parties. Continuously evolve the credits process including the utilisation of the company’s tools and systems to ensure effective and efficient operation of credits as an integral part of our customer engagement. About YOU Ideally you will have previous experience working within credit or finance administrative support and the following skills/attributes: Time management skills with the ability to work at a fast pace Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced knowledge of SAP highly desirable. Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) required. Works Autonomously – able to self-start and manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent attention to detail Resilience – Proven ability to thrive in an environment of change requiring flexibility and an ability to make decisions in situations of uncertainty.
