As a Credit Analyst with ORIX, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of Novated Leasing, ensuring smooth, efficient credit evaluations that keep our customers on the road. You’ll play a key role in reviewing lease applications, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring our credit processes run efficiently. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to support system improvements for the ORION platform. Perform due diligence for new Novated Lease employers. Assist with administrative credit functions and provide support to senior credit officers. Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing activities. Uphold ORIX's Credit Risk Management Framework, policies, and values. What You’ll Bring: A degree in finance, commerce, accounting, law, or similar with a desire to grow in credit evaluation. Strong literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and synthesize information. Knowledge of AML/KYC principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
