About the Role: You will play a key role in shaping lending decisions and providing guidance across the business, making this an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to innovative financial solutions. Role and Responsibilities: Conduct detailed credit assessments in line with responsible lending practices. Support the development and review of credit policies and procedures. Provide expert advice to staff or brokers on loan applications, eligibility, and verification processes. Assist with compliance reporting, portfolio monitoring, and risk management initiatives. Contribute to process improvements and company-wide credit risk projects. Proven experience in home loan credit lending and analysis, ideally with secured credit exposure. Previously held a DLA or underwriting authority preferred. A creative problem-solver who can think critically and challenge where needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. A passion for continuous learning and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage compliance outcomes and navigate complex situations.
