About the role Handling daily calls related to payment inquiries, policy details, debt, cash refunds, and administrative duties with a customer-centric approach. Accurately processing payments and ensuring the reconciliation of cash debt is done efficiently. Carefully inputting receipts and addressing dishonoured cheques from Intermediaries promptly, following established procedures. Providing the highest level of customer service, always ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Managing customer refunds in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements, and following up with Allianz partners on overdue premium payments. About you Experience in a customer service or contact-centre role, with a compassionate approach to client needs. Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks while adhering to policies and procedures. Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong technical proficiency with systems/software, demonstrating confidence in your role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly and empathetically.
