As Honey Birdette’s CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the global customer relationship strategy to drive engagement, retention, loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value. This is your moment to bring your expertise in CRM, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle management, as well as showcase your strong data analysis and campaign management skills! This is an initial 12-month contract position, with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate! Key Responsibilities Data-Driven Insights: Analyse global customer data to uncover trends, develop segmentation strategies, and monitor KPIs (e.g., retention, purchase frequency, churn rate). Loyalty Program: Lead development and launch of the global loyalty program, monitor performance metrics, and manage promotional calendars in collaboration with internal teams. Email & SMS Marketing: Oversee email marketing calendar, manage campaigns, optimize customer engagement, and improve conversion rates through testing and refinements. Customer Lifecycle Management: Optimise strategies for acquisition, activation, and retention, while managing email and SMS automation. Data Acquisition: Lead efforts to grow the customer database, innovate lead acquisition methods, and ensure data compliance. Test, Learn, and Report: Continuously improve campaigns through data-driven testing and regularly share insights with stakeholders. CRM Growth Leadership: Drive CRM development by introducing new tools, channels, and best practices. Your Sweet Spots (About You) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle management, ideally within the fashion retail industry. Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with CRM / ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on CRM strategies. Excellent project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering successful results on time. Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and driving omni-channel customer engagement strategies and launching and managing loyalty programs across global markets.
