Our busy QLD team is looking for a motivated and energetic leading hand to join us at our quarry just outside Childers, QLD. This is a Monday - Friday role with the occasional Saturday thrown in the mix. Working with a team of 8, reporting to the on-site Quarry Manager, your role will involve the following: Crushing and screening a variety of products to TMR Spec Operating Loaders, Excavators, Water Cart, and Fuel/service Trucks Aiding in the management of your crew, ensuring time and production are managed efficiently Pre-start inspections on gear and logging inside our online portal in a timely manner Following direction from Management on a day-to-day basis Complying and contributing to all company policies, guidelines, and targets Reporting to Management with daily production results and weekly KPIs How do your skills match this job?
