We are an Aboriginal owned company conducting Cultural Heritage Management Services, specialising in the Resource Construction Sector. We are seeking a Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Role Description Your role is to undertake duties relating to the organisation and supervision of cultural heritage officers from Traditional Owner groups in the Surat Basin. The position involves extensive administrative work and collaboration with project personnel to ensure the day to day running of the project is kept on track. Your role must be completed using an inclusive approach in working with indigenous, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Qualifications An open drivers licence General Construction Induction Card Previous experience in a Supervisory Role Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders Proven computer literacy with Microsoft suite programs including Word, Excel and Power Point Respect for Aboriginal Culture, history and people #J-18808-Ljbffr
