Co-deliver Judo’s inclusion, equity & diversity strategy and banker capability programs on a 12-month contract. Job Description Now, let’s talk about this role… If you thrive on: Program management and delivery of Culture and Capability programs and initiatives Working in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help enhance Judo’s unique culture Then, this opportunity might just be your dream job: Supporting the program management and delivery of banker education programs and initiatives Program management of Inclusion, Equity & Diversity (IE&D) and Culture initiatives Managing submission of workplace awards Vendor managing program suppliers Evaluating learning effectiveness via feedback and observed capability changes Desired Skills and Experience A little bit about you… Organisational development and capability building Project/program management – scheduling, communication of programs, stakeholder engagement Stakeholder management – not just on “paper” but face to face and remotely! Event management Identifying knowledge gaps and designing effective development programs to close them Delivering learning in an engaging way at all levels Written communication from formal papers to all colleague communications Passion for organisational culture and understanding of inclusion, equity and diversity principles Experience in organisational development, program delivery and coordination both locally and nationally Experience working in a busy "delivery” team (ideally Human Resources or events) Understanding of human performance, culture management, talent and learning practises (ideally in banking or financial services) Demonstrated ability to work across all levels At Judo, our culture sets us apart: Accountability: Make decisions and own them.
