About the role: Curriculum Administrator Employment Type: Contract 2025 Academic Year Start Date: Asap Are you passionate about supporting educational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Curriculum Administrator to provide vital support to senior leadership and ensure smooth curriculum delivery. In this role, you’ll collaborate with staff and external partners, promoting the College’s vision and values while helping shape a thriving academic community. Position Requirements: Student Information Record System (SIRS): Manage uploads, updates, and document submissions for student enrolments, course changes, and achievement data. Reporting: Assist with creating, proofreading, and distributing semester and interim reports; manage attendance data. Awards Administration: Coordinate award nominations, liaise with staff, and prepare certificates and ceremony programs for annual events. COMPASS Management: Oversee settings, marksheets, syllabus management, and upload reports and test results for student visibility. Information Handbooks: Maintain course information and subject descriptions. General Administrative Support: Assist with calendar coordination, teacher diary orders, standardised testing, and major college events, including graduation. Selection Criteria: A personal faith commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ, and the ability to model Christian values. Previous experience working in a school or educational setting. Proficiency in using education software such as COMPASS, SchoolPro, or similar. Previous experience with course enrolment database management. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills. Proven ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Desirable Attributes: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and parents. Capacity to work collaboratively with various departments and external agencies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to best practices. Knowledge of curriculum administration and educational reporting requirements. Essential Criteria: A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. Active participation in a church or Christian community, exemplifying Christian beliefs, behaviour, and practices. Acceptance of the College’s Statement of Faith. Ability to build cooperative and supportive relationships with the Board, Principal, staff, students, and parents. Commitment to personal best practice. Ensure decisions are impartial, fact-based, and fair. Model appropriate and proper channels of communication. Consistently act in the best interests of the College and its ethos. Adherence to all policies and procedures outlined by SCBC. Commitment to maintaining a child-safe environment in line with the College’s values and policies. Possession of the following certifications: National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate.
