Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and innovativeCurriculum Development Specialist to design and develop an engaging curriculum for young scholars (ages 10-16) onEnvironmental Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Careers, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The specialist will create age-appropriate learning materials, activities, and lesson plans to inspire and equip students with knowledge and practical skills in these fields. Key Responsibilities: Develop a structured and engaging curriculum incorporating Environmental Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Careers, and AI. Design interactive and age-appropriate learning materials, activities, and assessments. Research and integrate best practices in experiential and project-based learning. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Incorporate digital tools, multimedia resources, and AI-driven learning methods. Pilot and refine the curriculum based on feedback from educators and students. Develop guides and training materials for teachers and facilitators. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Environmental Science, Business, AI, or related fields. Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program creation. Strong understanding of sustainability, entrepreneurship, career readiness, and AI concepts. Experience working with young learners (ages 10-16) and designing age-appropriate content. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Knowledge of modern educational technologies and interactive teaching methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt curriculum based on feedback. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in designing STEM, sustainability, or business-related curricula. Familiarity with AI-powered educational tools and platforms.
