Customer Account Manager/Technical Sales Representative Independent Timber Supplies is a WA business that is locally owned and has been operating for over 30 years. We service a range of Project Builders, Custom Builders, and Owner Builders in the Western Australian building market. Position Overview Independent Timber Supplies is looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager/Technical Sales Representative to join our thriving business. Working closely with our existing customer base to further develop sales growth as well as strategically seeking new customers to continue to increase market share growth makes this both an exciting and challenging proposition. The successful applicant will be armed with Independent Timber Supplies' ever-expanding product range, ongoing training and support, and will be provided with all the tools that they need to make this opportunity a success. This position reports to our Senior Manager Sales. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets Identify business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients Review your market and communicate trends, developments, and new strategy ideas to the wider business Motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously Commit to business goals/targets, driving results through collaboration and problem-solving Partner with internal teams, operating as a lead point of contact to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction Experience as a Customer Account Manager or Technical Sales Representative Prior Timber or Building experience and knowledge highly regarded but not essential You Will Have: Experience in a Customer Account Manager or Technical Sales Representative role or similar Experience and knowledge of the WA building industry Commercially minded with demonstrated business acumen Confident and clear communicator with excellent organizational skills Commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction Timber industry experience – highly regarded A trade or tertiary qualification within a business-related field What You Can Expect From Us: A competitive salary that reflects your experience and value Company car, phone, laptop An attractive incentivized bonus program Welcoming, supportive atmosphere with ample career growth opportunities If you wish to find out more or have any questions, then please contact our HR Manager for a confidential discussion at (email protected) #J-18808-Ljbffr
