Your Role in the Action As our Customer Accounts Manager, your mission is to craft unforgettable experiences for everyone who interacts with Abi—starting with our customers. You'll work closely with our aged care customers to ensure Abi’s integration is seamless, and her presence is impactful. How You’ll Make an Impact Be the go-to contact for our amazing customers, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and celebrated at every turn. Forge and nurture strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, building trust and mutual success. Listen attentively and understand customer challenges with compassion, identify root causes, and work closely with all stakeholders to turn obstacles into success stories. Gather valuable insights, feedback, and ideas from customers to help Abi evolve and become the best empathetic companion. Empower customers and their teams with comprehensive training, transforming curious first-time users into passionate advocates for Abi. Manage Abi's visits to existing aged care homes, and meticulously plan and execute the rollout of Abi into new homes, ensuring every step in the customer journey is smooth and impactful.
