If you are customer focused, service driven and confident communicating by phone, then we’d love for you to join our dynamic and supportive Contact Centre team as a Customer Advisor in Port Macquarie. We have two (2) positions available and are open to full-time or part-time hours , offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle. About the role As a member of our Contact Centre team, you’ll be the first point of contact for Regional Australia Bank customers. Expect a fast-paced day filled with a variety of enquiries – from helping customers manage their accounts, to resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services. High call volumes can be expected, but with support from your teammates and our strong team culture, you’ll always have the guidance you need to excel in the role. About you You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll handle customer enquiries over the phone. You like learning – we have a range of products that you’ll need to be knowledgeable about and able to confidently use our systems and procedures while adhering to policies and legislative requirements. Maturity in managing conversations, staying calm under pressure, and applying a logical, problem-solving approach are essential skills. Finally, we are looking for a team player who is reliable and strives to achieve individual and team objectives.
