Primary point of contact for Customer Service and Business Management Administration support across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the Customer Service Team, the CS Business Management Administration oversees Purchasing Administration to support Business Management operations. This role ensures clear and effective communication with Principal Partners (suppliers), facilitating seamless business operations that are efficient, accurate, and aligned with timeline expectations, all while maintaining a positive and professional approach. Responsibilities: Oversee purchase administration Processing Purchase Order Requests Manage the Purchase Workflow Dashboard , handling exceptions and escalating issues as needed Process and coordinate sample purchases through to the delivery of approved samples Oversee import/export documentation , liaising with service providers for customs clearance and container management, including direct shipments Ensure product compliance documentation, including Certificates of Analysis , is accurately recorded Complete all tasks within designated time-frames to ensure operational efficiency Contribute to team meetings and provide input on key initiatives Review month-end checklists to ensure key deliverables align with business expectations Complete performance assessments within required time-frames Serve as the primary contact for designated suppliers , ensuring all processes, procedures, and support functions are met General Office: Support General Office Assist with receiving Visitors, Couriers, Answering Phones and taking Messages. Follow Company guidelines when on reception or answering phone. Finance Administration – Potential back up for some functions. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required for the role Previous experience in an administration role with a customer service and/or supplier management focus is essential Experience with purchasing, order tracking, shipping, and customs clearance is desirable Advanced typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take action, resolve problems, and inform relevant parties Experience in an import business is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Competent user of SAP B1 or similar software #J-18808-Ljbffr
