Customer Care Co-ordinator - Greencross Joondalup Part-time Customer Care Co-ordinator | Joondalup WA An opportunity for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our Joondalup team on a part-time basis! Greencross Vets Joondalup is a veterinary clinic that is run with a ‘village vet’ feel, with all the benefits of being under a corporate umbrella. We are a rapidly expanding clinic, currently looking for a part-time customer care co-ordinator to join our amazing team and grow with us! About Your New Role Part-time role Front of house/reception duties - including being the first point of contact for clients, handling client enquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, admitting and discharging patients Delivering dedicated client care to all patients and owners Maintaining the overall hygiene of the reception and consultation rooms What you’ll bring Outstanding communication and customer service skills essential Animal Industry experience would be advantageous A high level of computer literacy skills An enthusiastic approach to tasks, with a calm and friendly attitude The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Great attention to detail What we can offer you Great benefits for you and your pet!
