Customer Care Manager - Personal Lending Looking for our next super star CSM 05th March, 2025 Customer Care Manager (Operations) Personal Lending Experience Required We're passionate about delivering innovative financial solutions that drive growth, improve financial well-being, and build lasting relationships with our merchant partners and their customers. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team.Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll bring strong leadership skills and a proven ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively.In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, mentor a team of customer service representatives, and help set and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Your expertise in personal lending will be key to driving the department’s success.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily workflows and ensure team efficiency within the customer service department Develop, track, and meet customer service performance goals Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to customer service representatives Lead the hiring and onboarding process for new customer service staff Collaborate on the creation and improvement of a customer loyalty program Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting Regularly review and implement customer feedback to enhance service quality Generate and analyze reports on customer interactions and department performance Provide ongoing training and professional development for your team Oversee the customer service department’s budget to ensure financial efficiency Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of customer service experience within the consumer lending industry Strong leadership experience in a customer service setting Proficient in CRM management and reporting tools Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of management techniques and customer service best practices Proven ability to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Strong team collaboration abilities If you're looking for an opportunity to lead a high-performing customer service team in a growing company, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
