What is this role all about? As a Customer Care and Operations Support Agent with SIXT Australia, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering premium customer service and troubleshooting any speedbumps our guests may come across in their rental journey. You will also be an integral part of supporting the operational team from our head office in Dandenong to assist with behind-the-scene support to the frontline. Your responsibilities will be: Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time Selling SIXT products and services Identifying leads for our corporate sales division Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and vehicle breakdowns over the phone and via email Answering customer enquiries Assisting customers in troubleshooting enquiries while on the road Creating a positive customer experience General administrative tasks to support daily operations. What do we need from you? To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude, and a flair for sales. Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks Current, unrestricted full driving licence Full working rights in Australia Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution Ability to multi-task during peak periods and work unsupervised A flexible attitude is required as our locations operate 7 days a week, so shifts will include some weekends What’s in it for me?
