Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Delivery Representative to join our Team in Regency Park . Get hands on, with varied work and people who care As a Customer Delivery Representative , you’ll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle the replenishment of stock and deliveries to Club Assist South Australian customers in the Adelaide metro area and surrounds. Working with a time-sensitive delivery schedule to meet customer demands, you’ll: Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely manner. Maintain and build customer relationships by regular service frequency to your entire customer base. Manage warranty claims and replacements as per the procedure. Ensure all safety checks are completed daily. Account for all money and stock movements on a daily basis. Manage all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand Policy. Ensure that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit. Trusted hands: here’s who we’re looking for: Experience in a warehouse distribution environment. You’re highly trustworthy and reliable. You have a can-do attitude, and you love getting the job done right. Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships. You’re able to perform physical duties - this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of 17kg . You have a valid minimum MR driver’s licence. You have good computer skills and close attention to detail. You’re committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards. Good basic English and writing skills.
