CX Associate - Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Associate, you are an integral part of our Customer Experience Team, supporting the Customer Experience Manager. As the first point of contact for our client, you will field questions and resolve issues in ways that produce satisfied clients. You answer questions via email and through our social media accounts, following customer service procedures, and work with our marketing department to highlight positive client experiences. You are a superb communicator and have exceptional organisational skills. Handle incoming client telephone and email enquiries Assist with the execution of the client communication contract plan Maintain accurate records of student contacts (CRM) Proactively manage customer feedback Provide relevant feedback to other departments to align the client experience Professionally and efficiently investigate / resolve any student queries / concerns Foster a customer-centric culture in keeping with our brand image Be flexible and adaptable in your job duties, be willing to support special projects and assist in the execution and delivery of all internal, fulfilment, online, live, and partnership events. CX Associate - Key Attributes Communication, Active Listening & Empathy. Communicate effectively, written and verbal, with customers and team members. Be an active listener to enable you to understand students’ needs and problems. Relationship Building, Customer Service & Problem Solving. Build strong relationships with clients and co-workers. You will require strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Time Management. You must be able to manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve results by effectively prioritising tasks, planning, being process-driven, and organised. Technical Skills – CRM & social media. You will need to use a range of software tools including CRM and all social media platforms to stay in touch with students, analyse data, and manage issues proactively. Teamwork. Teamwork is essential for this role. You need to work with other team members daily to provide the best student experience possible. Therefore, you must be able to communicate and collaborate with others efficiently. CX Associate - Experience & Requirements Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills Customer-first focus to provide outcomes Aptitude for trouble shooting and resolving queries High degree of confidence in liaising with general customers Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong administration, reporting, and computer skills including experience with MS Office Suite Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal Prior experience in account management or customer service will be favourably looked upon Experience with CRM such as HubSpot or similar would be advantageous Patient and active listener with a passion for service You have a growth mindset and thrive on achieving measurable results Enthusiastic, fun, and vibrant personality.
