We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Residential Aged Care team as a Customer Experience Liaison. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information about aged care services, providing exceptional support with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. If you enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you. What can you expect to be doing? Acting as the first point of enquiry for individuals considering residential aged care. Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care. Supporting the admissions process, ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to admission. Managing CRM entries, particularly applications from hospitals, ensuring accurate data entry. Building positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, hospitals, and internal teams. Contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience. What do you need to bring? A passion for delivering high-quality customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Previous experience in an admissions or customer service environment, ideally within aged care. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
