Customer Experience Representative - Casual We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to provide a seamless and memorable experience by sharing personalised solutions that enhance brand loyalty and embody the Will & Bear beliefs. Our customer experience team is the face of Will & Bear, combining an enthusiastic and authentic approach and striving to understand every customer’s needs in store and online via email, live chat and DM. You are a problem solver, conversationalist and multi-tasker. Thursday - Sunday availability is essential, and there may be hours Monday - Wednesday; however, being a casual position, hours are varied. There are no late night shifts required. This role requires the employee to be in person at our Will & Bear store in Currumbin, Gold Coast. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming emails, online chat and DMs in relation to orders, returns and product enquiries in a timely manner General ad-hoc office support Provide an exceptional in-store customer experience Ensure the store is always well presented and merchandised in accordance with brand guidelines Problem solving and the ability to prioritise Liaise with warehouse and postal services in relation to missing/delayed parcels Process order returns and exchanges in our system Skills: Understand the Will & Bear brand ethos and have a love for great hats! Shopify Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Demonstrated experience in a front-line customer service role Ability to work and prioritise effectively within a busy environment CIN7 About us: We aim for each team member to feel inspired, uplifted and produce quality work with the environment and community in mind.
