Customer Implementation & Success Consultant - APAC & ANZ market Location: Sydney, Australia Overview: Join YOOBIC’s dynamic Customer team—a fast-growing, client-obsessed group fueling our global success. In this dual role, you will drive seamless digital transformation for our diverse clientele while ensuring sustained customer value and engagement. This is your opportunity to lead impactful implementations, nurture strategic relationships, and contribute directly to YOOBIC’s growth. As a Customer Implementation & Success Consultant, you will: Implement with Excellence: Oversee end-to-end project management for client implementations.Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to design tailored configurations for the YOOBIC platform.Facilitate workshops on best practices in change management, governance, and process re-engineering.Deliver engaging training sessions for administrators and executives. Drive Customer Success: Serve as the trusted advisor, ensuring client adoption and long-term satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic account plans with enterprise and strategic customers.Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues to safeguard renewals and unlock upsell opportunities.Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to drive product and process improvements. Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and broader Customer teams to ensure platform success.Identify and seize opportunities for operational improvements and business growth. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 7+ years in Project Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or Client Relationship Management within Software Development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis and KPI reporting. Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a “get things done” attitude. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, capable of translating complex ideas for varied audiences. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-builder who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced, international environments. Language: Native/bilingual English; additional fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, or German is a plus. Bonus: Experience in retail and strategic consulting.
