As we scale the brand and look to increase awareness and trust, we need self-motivated high performers to help us maintain our momentum. About the role: This is an exciting, newly created position within our growing Customer Marketing team. As a startup transitioning into a scale-up, we’re in the process of building the foundations to support our next phase of growth. That’s where you come in. With no rigid playbook in place, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and shape how we work. Your focus will be on understanding customer behaviour, analysing trends, identifying opportunities, and uncovering the drivers behind promotions, generosity & engagement campaigns. Your insights will guide where we focus our efforts, ensuring we make the biggest impact. Our Data & Analytics function has been laying the groundwork, building governed data models & metrics to empower data-driven decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with them to turn data into actionable insights, playing a pivotal role in scaling our marketing efforts effectively. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are excited to build from the ground up, this is the perfect role for you. What you’ll bring: You have 2–3 years of experience working in data analysis where you’ve turned data into actionable insights that drive results. With a curious mind and a problem-solving mindset, you enjoy diving into customer behaviour and uncovering trends. You’re confident working with SQL (Snowflake), and Looker or Tableau, using these tools to analyze and present data in clear, meaningful ways. You have experience with data from CRM platforms, whether it’s Braze, Salesforce, or Iterable, and you’re comfortable navigating advanced Excel and data visualisation tools. You can clearly communicate data and insights to stakeholders, helping them define next steps. You’re also eager to collaborate with the data team, contributing to the refinement and development of data models. Your passion for sports or background in the iGaming or Wagering Industry gives you a deeper understanding of the audience and industry. You’re detail-oriented, curious, and eager to make your mark as part of a fast-growing, ambitious team. Working at Picklebet: We’re a remote-first business, allowing you to work from wherever you like, with staff currently based in Brisbane, Sydney, Asia, and South America.
