About the role We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will drive subscription growth by managing the entire subscriber journey—from acquisition to retention and re-engagement. You will leverage our customer engagement technology to transform casual users into loyal subscribers through innovative growth campaigns and personalized, multi-channel communications. Responsibilities: Lead and execute growth strategies to achieve subscriber acquisition targets Develop and roll out targeted subscription campaigns across various channels Create compelling offers, landing pages, and subscription funnels to boost conversion rates Own and optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle for maximum engagement Build data-driven retention and winback strategies to reduce churn Manage our customer engagement platform and deliver personalized campaigns Oversee the customer support team to ensure a delightful customer experience Collaborate with product and content teams to enhance user experience and integrate growth initiatives Now, a bit about you: You have 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles You are experienced with Customer Engagement Platforms and marketing automation tools You thrive on data-driven decision making and possess strong analytical skills You have a good instinct for copy and know how to create compelling communications You are results-driven and love tackling ambitious growth targets You are proactive and bring innovative ideas to the table You have a proven ability to adapt and improve processes in fast-paced environments Life at Mamamia We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
