What your days might look like As our Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be working with our customer marketing team to enhance and manage the relationship with our loyal users through product updates, loyalty, and GTM activity. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering customer advocacy and turning satisfied customers into brand ambassadors. This requires a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, to create personalized and engaging experiences that drive positive word-of-mouth. As our Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be: Create, drive and deliver a world-class advocacy program in all of our international markets. Develop and implement targeted programs that nurture customers to become enthusiastic brand advocates, sharing their positive experiences within their networks. Collect and curate customer case studies, testimonials, and online reviews to showcase the value of Employment Hero, embedding these stories throughout the entire marketing lifecycle. Work closely with the Customer Experience team to develop initiatives that increase product adoption, engagement, and advocacy of the platform, driving long-term success. What you will bring The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and data-driven. Knowledge of customer experience (CX) best practices. Experience with customer segmentation and personalization tools. 2+ years in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in SaaS. Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns. Creative problem solver and critical thinker with meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable explaining ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions. Efficient team player with the ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines. Growth mindset, eager to learn and contribute to company OKRs. Organized and detail-oriented, strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
