DHL Express Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager (Life Science & Healthcare) position located in Sydney Head Office! Overseeing and leading the medical express program within DHL Express operations, focusing on providing logistics solutions specifically tailored for the life science and healthcare industry. Program manage assigned customers on an ongoing basis to deliver customised solutions, improvements in service and cost performance. Provide total Customer solutions to global and local customers to ensure their requirements are met according to pre-agreed performance levels within contracts. Provide corrective and preventative actions for service incidents, as well as conducting root cause analysis. Work with external vendors to achieve the service standards for Customer programs/projects. Identify and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of projects. Working up to 2 days at the customer site in North Ryde. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. WHAT CAN YOU BRING? This role would require you to be available for some meetings outside of work hours i.e., late calls with DHL employees across different time zones. Demonstrated project management and data analytical skills. Experience in building and maintaining global stakeholder and customer engagement. Excellent written and oral communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
