We're aiming to support pet parents with their go-to pet health solutions. About the role As our Customer Operations Manager you’ll be instrumental in leading our customer service function. Your role is critical in making sure our customers are supported, our team is working to the highest standards of care AND compliance, and we have the right tools & processes to scale. You’ll know our customers through and through - regularly linking up with product and tech to build the best pet parent and vet experience. What you'll be responsible for Collect and analyze customer data to optimize the workflows, operating procedures, and resources to enable support teams. Customer Support Technology Management. Identify and implement technology to optimize processes and collaboration for customer-facing teams to deliver high levels of support. Review and resolve escalated customer queries or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills you'll need Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions. Verbal communication: Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience. Problem solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
