If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!About the Role As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be the key liaison between our company and our valued clients. Your mission will be to ensure outstanding customer experiences, foster strong relationships, and drive customer loyalty. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, oversee client interactions, and work closely with our sales and support teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve challenges. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze customer data and trends to provide actionable insights and drive business growth. Prepare and present reports on account status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management Experience in the Mining industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite. A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellence. Valid driver license Why work at Ready's?
