Customer Relationship Management Developer We are looking for a CRM Developer using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform in Melbourne. The Main Responsibilities Develop solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Serve as the Technical Lead for the D365 (CRM) team. Design, architect, and develop end-to-end MS Dynamics solutions, utilizing the latest best practices and technologies. Collaborate with developers, Cyber Team and infrastructure teams to ensure solution design and development meet required quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Develop and maintain solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. Develop integration solutions for the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform team using Azure. Qualifications Bachelors of Science (Software/Systems Engineering/Information Technology) Essential Skills, Competencies, and Experience Minimum of 8 years' experience in designing, developing, and implementing MS Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. – Must have Strong expertise in the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. – Must have Proficient technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration, customizations, and custom development. - Must have Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies such as .NET, Azure, and SharePoint. – Good to have Proven experience in development through cloud services, preferably Azure, including API Apps, API Management, Logic Apps, and Azure Function Apps. - Must have Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. – Good to have Proficient in modern software development techniques such as continuous delivery, test-driven development, and pair programming. - Must have Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Must have Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Must have Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Must have A commitment to continuous learning and embracing emerging technologies. - Must have Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills and business partnership capability. - Must have Ability to think clearly while managing diverse business requirements, including handling tensions and trade-offs. - Must have Adaptability to rapidly changing situations/environments, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and remain focused. - Must have Capability to develop leadership in others through coaching, mentoring, rewarding, and guiding. - Must have How to apply: To apply for this role, you should have a full work right to work in New Zealand/Australia.
