This role will see you as the “Super User” of the Veteran Services CRM and support the organisation in the functional usage of the system and associated systems. You will be a change management champion and the conduit between a range of business units and the CRM vendor and be an advocate for Veteran Services. You will be adept in delivering training sessions, writing user guides and continuous improvement of system processes and reporting. We have an IT team to support you on the technical side, your focus is on elevating the user experience. A bit about you: Experience in CRM (MS Dynamics 365) system support Strong people-centric approach to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the business Customer-centric approach to problem solving Experience in application ownership, configuration and daily support Proven history of gathering and analysing business requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently Have created and developed end user training and developing user guides Ideally, you’ll have developed vendor management relationships allowing you to maintain and customise applications Experience in the following Microsoft technologies: SQL, Power BI, Excel and Visio is a bonus Full Australian working rights To Apply: Please include both a resume and cover letter.
