The Customer Sales Representative is an exciting position within the Sales Operations Team. This position will work alongside a high performing team delivering sales growth each month. With ambitious plans ahead, this fin-tech lender is seeking motivated, driven, and passionate individuals to join the Adelaide team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business. Join this exciting fin-tech lender and help customers realise their dreams. You will work with customers to help them get a faster and fairer loan in a multi-channel environment. You’ll be taking inbound/outbound calls while replying to customer emails and directing them through getting their new loan. You will provide customers with a personalised journey in securing a new loan, while delivering an amazing customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and proactive with clear lines of progression in the business with the opportunity for career development in sales and relationship management.
