Responsibilities: Handling and escalating customer enquiries and repair requests; Accurate data entry of service jobs; Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills; Effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner; Schedule planning to ensure maintenance is completed on time. Q1 – Do you have strong Customer Service Admin skills and an exceptional ability to build strong client relationships? Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Strong computer literacy and data entry experience; Outstanding Customer Service experience especially over the phone; An outgoing and friendly personality. Must be a “people person” who is focused on our customers and service team; Scheduling experience and knowledge of Newcastle / Hunter / Central Coast suburbs; Relevant Industry experience and understanding; Dedication and a strong work ethic to follow work through to completion.
