This role is a 6-month temp-to-permanent contract. The Opportunity As a Customer Service Consultant, you will work in our client's Customer Service team predominantly supporting the Chinese market. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to offer the best service and experience will be best suited to the role. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated individual who wants to advance their career in a fast-paced industry. Please Note: Professional proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin, both speaking and writing, is required. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Responding to all customer enquiries via inbound calls regarding products, returns, and placing orders. Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to all stakeholders of the business, ensuring accurate data is maintained. Assisting the sales and marketing team with promotional activities when required. Desired Skills and Experience Professional proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin, speaking and writing, is required. Entry-level position - no prior experience required. Strong communication skills and the ability to build customer rapport. An ability to learn new systems and processes. An eagerness to learn new things and grow your knowledge.
