15 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am-5pm $37.66 per hour + super Warrnambool Your new company This bank is well-established in the local community and is now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their experienced team. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services. Your new role This is the perfect entry-level banking role for any Commerce/ Finance/ Business graduate and/or candidate holding previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience looking to gain exposure in a bank. Duties will include: Delivering a high level of customer service in the branch by understanding customers' individual needs and delivering tailored solutions. Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, home loans and small business lending. Completing initial applications for personal loans & credit cards. Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries. Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to targets. This position will be primarily based in Warrnambool, with some commuting to assist other branches in the local area, including Portland, Hamilton, and Colac. Travel to other branches will be paid. What you'll need to succeed A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills. You will be a strong decision maker and problem-solver. Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships. Reliable and hard-working with excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team. What you'll get in return You will be trained in all products and processes by seasoned professionals.
