Your role as a Customer Service Officer puts you in the driver's seat of our service delivery, giving you the autonomy to do what you do best - helping customers achieve their banking goals. In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by: Exploring customers’ needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals. Keeping up with constant change and supporting our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs. Being the face of the branch and customer service, processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries, and assisting with paperwork. Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning with on-the-job training and external development opportunities. Building connections and supporting our customers while giving back to the community. This is a fixed term (12 months), part-time position located at Community Bank Augusta Margaret River. The roster is 47.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday 8.45am - 1.30pm. What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have: Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets. Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset. Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone. Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different. Drive for collaboration and teamwork. Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential.
