The Role Our dedicated team of Customer Service Officers are responsible for handling high-volume customer enquiries across a range of contact channels including phone calls, web chat, social media, and face-to-face visits to our Customer Service Centres. You will also be responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts.This role requires availability from Wednesday through Friday and your hours will be 8.15am to 5.00pm with an extended lunch break of 45 minutes. You will be rostered to work across any one of our Customer Service Centres which are situated in Darley, Bacchus Marsh, and Ballan. About You Your prior experience in a customer service and administrative office environment will ensure that you can confidently take on this role. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge and competency in MS Office and computerized customer request management systems as well as your ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
