The Opportunity Role We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (full-time & part-time) to join our Perth office . In this role, you will: Provide outstanding customer service by handling inbound inquiries. Offer appropriate solutions based on our range of language services. Accurately capture client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding their service needs. Work towards personal and team targets while contributing to continuous improvement. Be available for shifts between 7 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Friday. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have: 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center. A passion for delivering excellence in customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients. A friendly, professional, and personable phone manner. Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
