Job Description

Customer Service Officer/Loan Processor (BH-33599) Location: Melbourne, AustraliaSector: Financial ServicesSalary: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per annum Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join their specialist Mortgage Broking team in a vital role with a significant impact in the business. You will join an award-winning team and use your exceptional administration and customer service skills to help clients throughout the loan process. Key Responsibilities: Manage client loan applications, including data input, servicing assessments, and compliance documentation. Support clients from lodgement to settlement ensuring timely communication. Complete LVR and LMI calculations. Assist clients with any loan inquiries in a professional manner. Review existing client files to ensure compliance and accuracy. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a similar role with the ability to confidently manage clients and loan files. Strong understanding of the loan submission process. Ability to perform LVR and LMI calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and able to pick up new systems easily. Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously. What’s in it for you?
