About Us We are a dynamic and growing Property Management Agency servicing property investors for both residential and commercial properties across the state of Qld, NSW, Vic and WA and soon to go National. With a professional and dedicated property management team, we are looking for a leader who can take our Agency to the next level of success and continue to lead and grow in the field of customer excellence. About You You must be experienced at providing top-tier service to property management clients with a minimum of two years working as a Property Manager within a property management Real Estate Agency and hold a Certificate of Registration. You must be well-versed and up to date with current legislation and have the ability to lead by example and manage a team of leasing agents and other providers such as repairers. With a contagious passion for Property Management, your skills and experience will reflect your high customer service standards. About the Role You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients as the initial point of contact. You will: Manage a portfolio of properties Maintain high-quality standards in the delivery of all Property Management services Keep up to date with relevant legislation Oversee the rent roll supervising and advising the Property Management team Monitor and attend, if necessary, Tribunal claims Maintain high-quality standards in delivery of services in keeping with our brand and reputation. Handle and manage complaints, using complaints register and provide reports to Management as applicable The ideal candidate will require: Current certificate lodged with Office of Fair Trading Knowledge of relevant legislation Computer literacy including advanced knowledge of Property Me Highly organised with excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail The ability to implement systems and procedures.
